  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all deal details, terms, and restrictions before finalizing your purchase.
  2. ALL PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. Payments are NOT accepted at our pickup location.
  3.  PICKUP DAYS/HOURS: Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays 10am-3pm (excluding holidays)
  4. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Orders completed by 8am will be ready for pickup the next available pickup window.
  5. When picking up your order, you’ll need to provide a valid photo ID that matches the name on the order.
  6. Any additional discounts do not apply to previous purchases.

CERTIFICATE RESPONSIBILITY

  1. You are 100% responsible for the safe keeping and condition of the certificate.
  2. HalfOffNewMexico will not replace or refund lost or stolen certificates.
  3. Merchants are not responsible to replace lost or stolen certificates.
  4. Certificate holders are required to follow all the rules and conditions provided on the certificate.
  5. Certificates are to be utilized by the original purchaser or their immediate family and should not be sold or utilized by a third party.
  6. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. Choose your item/s carefully. All certificates have no cash value.

 

The HalfOffNewMexico.com customer is defined as the original purchaser. The customer is responsible for the actions and usage of any and all certificates they acquire from HalfOffNewMexico.com.

Any HalfOffNewMexico.com customer that does not adhere to these website policies may be interpreted as damaging the relationship between HalfOffNewMexico.com and the client/business due to any misconduct, risks being excluded from any and all future HalfOffNewMexico.com participation.
